Today, we are a market leader and stand for excellent work and a strong, international team.For our expanding Warsaw-based CMG (Capital Markets Group) business line we are looking for you as a Data Analyst.Job DescriptionJointly work on Valuation mandates with our German JLL Value and Risk Advisory TeamPerform property-related research and analysis, such as land registry extracts, zoning plans, land values, ESG, rent roll data, etc.Write market and property descriptions, both in German and EnglishQuality assurance of valuation reports before they are sent to clientsAdministrative project support, such as database maintenance, report sign-off management, and support during the offer and invoicing processClose collaboration with the German Valuation teams in order to provide regular project and progress updatesSupport of ad-hoc needs, as they arise in the German TeamVarious recurring tasksDesired skills and experience for this jobVery good communication skills in the German language are required (B2+/C1)Good knowledge of English (B2)A basic interest in real estate, the real estate market, and trendsWell-organised, have an eye for detail, and demonstrate a "Can-Do" attitude in everything you doGood skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint and WordGood interpersonal skills to manage a diverse range of internal and external stakeholdersAbility to work on multiple deliverables per day and articulate potentially conflicting priorities timelyThe following skills will impact your application positively, but aren't a must:Administration or financial backgroundAdvanced Excel and basic VBA skillsPrevious working experience in the real estate or BPO industryIf you are interested in this offer, please share your CV in English.Location: Hybrid – WarsawDepartment: Valuation Advisory / SSC What you can expect from usContract of employment / Umowa o pracęAn entrepreneurial, inclusive culture.
