As a Business Development Manager, you'll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Poznań, hybryd model of work.
About Your Future Role
In this position, you will:
- Drive new business acquisition, with a primary focus on medium and large clients in the e-commerce sector as well as other industries utilizing online payment solutions.
- Sell a broad portfolio of payment products, including payment gateways, financing services, and dedicated solutions for marketplaces.
- Deliver on individual and team sales targets.
- Represent the company at industry events, conduct client presentations, and participate in public speaking engagements (lectures, panels).
- Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, profitability analyses, and lead negotiations of terms and contracts.
- Coordinate commercial projects with key clients, ensuring seamless cooperation across departments.
- Work closely with product, marketing, and legal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and recommend directions for portfolio growth.
- Report directly to the Sales Director.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 4 years of B2B sales experience with medium and large clients.
- Proven track record in fintech and/or online payments.
- Experience in selling financing products (e.g., installment solutions) will be a strong asset.
- Background in managing complex client projects as a commercial coordinator in cross-functional collaboration.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce and other industries with high potential for online payments.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Professional fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- High level of independence, excellent organizational skills, and a results-driven mindset.
