For our Client we are seeking a Sales Administartion Team Leader to join newly forming teams. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment, where you will have a real impact on shaping commercial processes from the start.

Your tasks:

  • Team Leadership & Coordination:
    managing and mentoring a team of specialists, ensuring the best possible results,
  • Discount & Rebate Oversight:
    supervising the application and validation of discounts, monitoring the calculation and settlement of discounts,
  • Customer Claims Management:
    overseeing the registration and processing of customer claims; monitoring claims processing trends and proposing process improvements to reduce the number of claims and improve customer satisfaction,
  • Operational Excellence & Reporting:
    ensuring compliance and integrity of customer data and transaction system; Prepare and present operational reports to management.

What we expect:

  • financial or economic education,
  • 4 years of professional experience in customer service, finance or administration,
  • experience in team management,
  • very good knowledge of English (min. B2),
  • knowledge of additional foreign languages at B2 level will be an advantage,
  • knowledge of SAP, CRM, Freshdesk, Salesforce
  • excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving abilities.
