We are seeking an ambitious Legal Operations Manager to guide Tripledot Group through a remarkable period of growth. This Legal Operations Manager will play a critical role in driving efficiency, effectiveness and strategic alignment across our rapidly expanding Global Legal Department. 

About the Role This is a unique opportunity to build and shape the legal operations function of an in-house legal team, while also offering a platform for personal and professional growth. This role is suited for an operations specialist displaying a mindset defined by proactiveness, drive and accountability.

In this role you will:
  • Assist in projects involving the Legal Department.
  • Manage the Legal Department workflows.
  • Work on the improvement of processes and procedures.
  • Oversee knowledge management systems and ensure effective document and contract management practices.
  • Partner with the Finance Department to manage cross-functional projects.
  • Support entity management and corporate governance activities, including
  • maintaining subsidiary records, board materials, and filings.
  • Manage relationships with external law firms and legal service providers.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • Meaningful experience supporting legal teams, either in-house or at a law firm.
  • Strong understanding of legal department functions and best practices.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with legal technology platforms (e.g., Ironclad, Jira, etc.)
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Business acumen, pragmatism and resourcefulness.
  • Curiosity, excellence and positivity.
  • Great work ethics and professionalism.
