Responsibilities
The Warsaw-based part of the Operations Structured Finance Back Office team was created in 2024. Their mission is to work closely with the Paris-based part and the internal stakeholders, such as Front Office, Risk and Compliance, other Back Office teams and Finance to ensure that transactions are smooth during the lifecycle of the loan. As a Structured Finance Back Office Servicing Associate, you will also be the point of contact for operational matters for the external customers.
Your future scope of responsibility will cover:

• Process / validate loan administration events (new borrowings, increases, rollovers, pay-downs, commitment reductions)
• Daily transfer of loan proceeds; receipt of funds and matching incoming cash
• Process / validate Interest and fee billing for the direct/agented Loans, billing the customers and send pro-rata shares to the participants.
• Review the reconciliation of positions, discrepancies in Interest and fee payments etc.
• Manage Cash breaks and internal funding reconciliation
• Ensure good data quality on your portfolio
• Review various system generated reports to ensure proper monitoring of the facilities, investigating past due items, suspense, receivables, expiring SBLC, etc
• Ensure all process requirements are documented fully, appropriately, and sign-off is obtained from all stakeholders periodically
• Ensure compliance/regulatory adherence
• Follow-up activity KPI indicators and raise attention points
• Monitor/Escalate errors and incidents
• Support and ensure the training of deal managers by using operational procedures

Required
Profile required

• You have more than 4 years of experience in a back-office role in structured finance or loans
• You have strong understanding of syndicated/bi-lateral financing and loan life cycle (including deal origination, transaction management, secondary trading, amendment, and restructures)
• You are familiar with LoanIQ application, Basel Norms, and credit risk
• You speak fluent English (French is a plus)
• You have logical, structured approach to planning, problem solving and decision-making
• You like working as a part of the team and value team spirit
• You can work under pressure and to fixed deadlines
