Business Analyst

Summary

Andersen, an international IT company, invites an experienced Business Analyst to support a project aimed at updating the Fraud Management System, including assessing the current setup, defining future requirements, and preparing for the next implementation phase.

The customer is a new kind of bank founded in 2016. It focuses on distinct client segments that are underserved by the market, creating innovative products to meet their needs. The company offers white-labeled products with no upfront investment for certain industries and businesses.

The project is a strategic initiative aimed at replacing the organization's existing Fraud Management System. It focuses on analyzing the current landscape, defining future requirements, evaluating business and technical impacts, and preparing the foundation for vendor selection and the upcoming implementation phase.

Responsibilities

• Leading and executing the full Discovery Phase for the project aimed at replacing the organisation's Fraud System capability.
• Developing a detailed Discovery plan by expanding an existing high-level outline into a full structure and content.
• Conducting Business Analysis activities, including requirements gathering and documentation, functional and technical impact assessments, operational impact assessments, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers.
• Performing Project Management responsibilities, including planning, tracking, and reporting on Discovery activities; facilitating Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, weekly status meetings); and managing timelines, risks, dependencies, and communication flows.
• Supporting the preparation and completion of the Supplier RFP and onboarding activities.
• Working closely with Technical Design Authority, procurement, fraud operations, and other business units.

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst for 5+ years.
• Experience in financial services for 5+ years or in change management for 8+ years.
• Recent hands-on experience performing both Business Analysis and Project Management responsibilities.
• Strong ability to conduct end-to end discovery activities, including requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, and delivery planning.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and the Microsoft Office Suite (including PowerPoint).
• Ability to structure and facilitate workshops, stand-ups, and weekly status meetings during the discovery phase.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate+ and above.

Desired skills

• Experienced in Agile delivery methods and practices, especially User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
