What will be your responsibilities?

  • Managing the customer service team.
  • Monitoring and improving the quality of customer service.
  • Development and implementation of service standards and procedures.
  • Analyzing customer satisfaction data and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Resolving complex issues and complaints.
  • Creating reports and presentations regarding the department's work results.
  • Collaborating with other departments to improve processes and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Motivating and developing team competencies.

What do we expect?

  • Experience in a customer service position.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Team management and employee motivation skills .
  • Analytical skills and the ability to draw conclusions from data.
  • Independence, responsibility and goal orientation.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Very good knowledge of English and Polish.
  • Basic knowledge of the Labor Code and HR and payroll issues.
