Join Our Growing Global Data Team

We're looking for a Data Operations Manager to lead our Warsaw-based team of 6 skilled data professionals. This role is perfect for someone who could thrive in global, cross-functional environments and enjoys combining team leadership with hands-on operational impact. You'll oversee day-to-day delivery, drive global data initiatives, and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, experience in data or tech-driven environments, and a track record of leading teams and projects across borders.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading and supporting a team of data professionals through daily guidance, coaching, and fostering their growth and success.
  • Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our data pipelines and platforms
  • Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders globally on strategic data projects
  • Working closely with teams across borders (Poland, Denmark, and beyond) in a matrix organization
  • Supporting administrative and project management tasks as needed
  • Driving continuous improvement of our data workflows and delivery processes

What We're Looking For:

  • Background in data engineering – as a developer, contributor, or manager
  • Solid understanding of modern data platforms, data pipelines, and operational best practices
  • Previous experience in leading technical projects
  • Experience working in or with international, cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20 days per year
  • Comfortable managing stakeholders and juggling multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies

Nice-to-Have

  • Previous experience in managing technical teams
  • Exposure to tools like Snowflake and DBT
  • Experience working in global or matrixed organizations
