Your New Role...
As a key member of our Finance team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts receivable, ensuring timely collections, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Your analytical mindset and attention to detail will support the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. What's in it for you

Your Role Accountabilities
  • Manage assigned portfolios by resolving variances and compiling necessary adjustments with documentation
  • Support collections to meet or exceed monthly and yearly targets through timely invoice resolution and cash application guidance
  • Identify and resolve non-payment issues, including short-pays, credits, and open invoices
  • Monitor and reconcile overdue accounts and assist with payment allocation requests
  • Prepare customer account statements and follow up on outstanding payments
Qualifications and Experience
  • Proven experience in account receivables reconciliations and collections
  • Strong understanding of the Order to Cash process and SAP ERP
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • English language skills required
#LI-HybridHybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
