About the Role
We are supporting our client, an international organisation within the professional services sector, in expanding its HR function in Poland.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior HR Admin Specialist who will support a broad range of HR processes across European and English-speaking markets, including the UK.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing HR Operations team within a well-established global company and contribute to building efficient HR processes in a dynamic, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a first point of contact for HR policy and process-related queries from employees and managers.
- Manage employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, contractual changes, promotions, and offboarding.
- Maintain and update employee data in HR systems (Workday or similar), ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare employment documents, contracts, and letters in line with company policies.
- Coordinate absence and family leave processes, including maternity/paternity arrangements.
- Support annual HR cycles such as appraisals, salary reviews, and promotions.
- Ensure HR templates, process guides, and documentation are accurate and up to date.
- Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with colleagues across multiple global locations to ensure consistent HR service delivery.
About You
- 3–5 years of experience in HR administration or HR operations within an international or corporate environment.
- Solid knowledge of HR processes and policies supporting UK - other European markets would be a great asset
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organisational skills.
- Proficient in HR systems (eg. Workday, iTrent, ServiceNow, or equivalent)
- Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel).
- Confident communicator with a professional and customer-focused approach.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Fluent English (C1/C2 level) required.
