About the role:

The Investor Services team in Poznań is currently looking for an experienced representative to support clients across the EMEA region, with a strong focus on the UK market. This role is based in our contact center and involves handling inbound client inquiries, providing high-quality service and support.

It's an exciting opportunity for team members who are motivated to grow and develop their careers within the customer service department.

What you will be doing?

  • Delivering exceptional customer service via inbound calls in a fast-paced, team-oriented contact center environment. You'll use an automatic call distribution system and work across multiple transfer agent platforms and Microsoft Office applications.

    Choosing your work style: You can work remotely (with a secure, confidential setup), from our Poznań office, or in a hybrid model—whatever suits you best.
  • Working full-time, Monday to Friday, from 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM CET. You'll have a scheduled break to recharge during your shift. Please note that this break is unpaid, as per our contact center policy.
  • Engaging in continuous learning, including regular training sessions and updates on financial regulations, to stay sharp and informed.

What you will need:

  • High proficiency in spoken English and ability to communicate.
  • Strong technical skills ability to multitask, troubleshoot, and navigate various systems at once.
  • Prior customer service experience is a big advantage.
  • High-speed internet with ethernet access.
  • Ability to productively handle inbound telephone calls and meet performance goals.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Investment industry or financial experience is a plus.
  • College degree (or currently working towards one) or financial customer service experience desired.
