Cinema Distribution Specialist

Do you love cinema and thrive in a fast‑paced environment? We're looking for a strategic, creative professional to join our team and shape theatrical distribution in Poland.
What you'll do:
- Build and manage relationships with cinema partners
- Develop and execute distribution & marketing strategies (ATL, BTL, digital)
- Coordinate premieres, special screenings, and promotional events
- Oversee social media and campaign performance
What we're looking for:
- Knowledge of the Polish cinema market
- Experience in film distribution or cinema operations (a plus)
- Strong creativity, communication, and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and project management under pressure
