Consult customer in UI/UX design development
Failure Analysis (track down and follow up on bugs, support root cause analysis, report external issues and manage support)
Prepare meeting materials and presentations (PowerPoint)
Lead and guide user meetings
Balance customer expectations with available budget and delivery scope

Requirements Management:
extensive experience in analyzing complex business processes and translating them into functional requirements
proficient in JIRA
agile methodologies
Scrum practices
UI Design:
creation of mock-ups and click-dummies (e.g. Adobe XD, Figma)
familiar with front-end styling frameworks like Sass/SCSS
Soft skills:
Strong communicator with direct customer interaction experience
Diplomatic and cooperative, even under pressure
Independent, proactive, and accountable in delivery
nice to have: PM or PO experience
