About the role

For our TASKI team in Poland (Mazowieckie region), we are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager TASKI.

In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence, generating new business opportunities, and showcasing TASKI machines directly to customers and partners. You will engage with stakeholders at all organizational levels, from operational teams to senior executives and demonstrate the value of TASKI solutions through professional demos and expert guidance.

You will work closely with Key Account Managers and TASKI Premium Partners, supporting them during customer presentations, events, and business development initiatives. This is a dynamic and autonomous field role with full ownership of your region.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities within the Mazowieckie region.
  • Visit customers and partners to conduct professional demonstrations and present TASKI solutions.
  • Support TASKI Premium Partners with customer presentations, open days, events, and on-site demos.
  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers and stimulate new opportunities within large accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at all levels (operational to executive).
  • Represent TASKI at trade fairs, conferences, and partner-led events.
  • Manage leads and maintain a healthy pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Achieve revenue growth and KPI targets in line with AOP objectives.
  • Actively contribute to strengthening TASKI's market position and brand visibility in Poland.
  • Use a dedicated company vehicle (van/bus) to safely transport TASKI machines for demos and customer visits.

Your profile

  • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in cleaning equipment, facility management, or technical solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of delivering compelling demos and impactful customer experiences.
  • Confidence in engaging with senior leaders, including directors and executives.
  • Commercially driven, independent, well-organized, and motivated by achieving results.
  • Comfortable working in a field-based role with frequent travel.
  • Experience using CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
  • Driver's license (Category B).
