Order Management Specialist

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Managing customer requests in Salesforce by creating cases, processing inquiries, and communicating outcomes
  • Handling order changes caused by Schaeffler (AB-Monitor) or initiated EDI requests
  • Initiating logistics and invoicing processes, coordinating deliveries with Transport Management, and requesting proof of delivery
  • Registering sales orders based on purchase orders received from customers or sales representatives
  • Resolving pricing discrepancies, verifying missing details, and addressing material variances with Internal Sales
  • Verifying references to quotations or contractual agreements
  • Recording reasons for offer rejections
  • Updating and implementing modifications in scheduling agreements in cooperation with end-customers, including adjusting quantities, rescheduling, or amending delivery dates
  • Releasing delivery blocks
  • Maintaining customer and material master data

Your Qualifications

  • Completed bachelor studies
  • Few years of professional experience in international organizations, preferably in customer service or order management
  • Fluency in Polish (min. C1 level)
  • Very good command of English (min. B2 level)
  • Knowledge of an additional foreign language is considered an asset
  • Proficiency in SAP R/3 SD Module and familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud are advantageous
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work with problem-solving approach
