Location: Warsaw (hybrid)
As a Workday Functional Consultant, you will bring your in-depth knowledge of Workday features to drive improvements in Workday Talent, Recruiting, and Learning functionality. You will translate complex business needs into innovative solutions to optimize system utilization, with the goal of leveraging system automation and self-service for end users. You will also provide advanced support and strategic analysis to maximize functionality.

Your Impact:
- Responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing Workday Talent, Recruiting, and Learning module capabilities
- The role requires 3-5 years of experience with Workday, with a focus in Recruiting and Talent (Performance, Goals, Skills), as well as strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Lead rollout of new Talent and Recruiting features, based on project requirements, in consultation with the Talent COE.
- Partner with local HR teams to improve country-level processes, or transition to shared services where necessary.
- Serve as a technical 'super user' and administrator of Workday to identify best practices, assess functionality and system requirements, and recommend process improvements, as applicable.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements to create system solutions and develop business process improvements to workflows
- Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet functional requirements
- Supports major HR initiatives such as setup for new Workday functionality and Mergers and Acquisitions by preparing the system through requirements documentation, data gathering, and system loads.
- Provide consultation to Business Partners and COEs
- Provide input and knowledge sharing with Workday HRIS & HRIT Team Members, and HR teams, as appropriate
- Evaluate releases and functionality to identify opportunities to improve and optimize the use of Workday across areas of responsibility
- Create and run complex EIBs
Successful Candidate will have:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday, focusing on configuration, support, and administration. Relevant Workday certifications are a plus.
- Proficiency in key Workday modules-including HCM, Talent, Recruiting, and Learning.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills enable candidates to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues efficiently
- Understanding of HR processes including understanding of HR system design, structure, and functions.
- Excellent computer skills, e.g. MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
- Previous exposure to project-related activities through active participation in system-related projects.
