Key Responsibilities:

● Plan, manage, and supervise the production and fabrication of exhibition booths and event structures.

● Coordinate with the design, procurement, and fabrication teams to ensure accurate execution of 3D designs into physical structures.

● Oversee quality control, timelines, and material logistics for multiple projects simultaneously.

● Monitor fabrication progress and ensure on-time delivery and installation at exhibition venues.

● Manage vendor relationships, negotiate costs, and ensure adherence to project budgets. ● Conduct site inspections, technical checks, and installation supervision to ensure flawless execution.

● Act as the primary point of contact between the company and exhibition organizers for booth approvals, space planning, and compliance with venue regulations.

● Handle organizer documentation, including booth layout submissions, power requirements, safety approvals, and logistics coordination.

● Liaise with clients to provide project updates, resolve on-site challenges, and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

● Coordinate with shipping, freight, and logistics partners for material movement to and from exhibition venues (domestic and international).

● Manage post-event dismantling, storage, and feedback reporting efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 1,500.00zł per month
