At the Digital Competence Center, we support clients in various industries - from banking and fin-tech to pharma and e-commerce - in designing, optimizing and implementing modern technology solutions.

We are currently looking for an experienced Business and Systems Analyst to join one of our project teams and make a real impact on the shape of applications, systems and business processes.

*Your tasks*

  • Sourcing, analyzing and reconciling business requirements and developing solution recommendations
  • Support Product Owners and development teams in understanding business objectives and technical aspects of solutions
  • Modeling business processes using BPMN notation
  • Create functional documentation and requirements specifications
  • Preparing and validating user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Defining and documenting non-functional requirements (e.g. performance, security, availability)
  • Test support: preparing test scenarios and test cases, logging and handling errors in the test environment
  • Identifying areas for optimization and proactively proposing process or system improvements

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a business and/or systems analyst on IT projects
  • Ability to model processes and requirements using UML and BPMN; knowledge of tools such as Enterprise Architect or related tools
  • Practical knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases
  • Prior experience working in agile methodologies, especially Agile/Scrum
  • Proficiency in working with knowledge and task management tools: Confluence, JIRA, Miro, etc.
  • Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into system requirements
  • Knowledge of acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Highly developed communication skills - both with the business customer and the development team
  • Experience in conducting workshops with clients
  • Good knowledge of English (spoken and written) to communicate freely in an international environment

Nice to have

  • Practice in using API documentation tools such as Swagger or Postman
  • Experience in systems integration, particularly using REST APIs and Apache Kafka
  • Proficiency in working with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Familiarity with data processing technologies, including Apache Spark, Hadoop and SQL BigQuery
  • Ability to work effectively with and optimize large data sets (Big Data)
  • Competence in creating clear dashboards and reports to support the business
  • Practical experience in working with enterprise-class systems (such as CRM, ERP, e-commerce platforms or banking solutions
