As TCS, an international IT and SSC/BPO company we are launching an exciting project for a key client from the manufacturing industry and seeking an ambitious Senior Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for covering processes across German speaking markets.

Requirements and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Administration, Business, or related field
  • 2-5+ years of overall L&D experience
  • Excellent German and English verbal and written communication skills and good customer service skills
  • Experience in HR Shared Service domain. Industry specific experience would be added advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office with a strong focus on Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in working in PeopleSoft, Corner Stone On Demand LMS, Service Now system if preferrable
  • Hands-on experience managing scheduling, nominations, attendance, reporting, and learner queries preferrable

Your daily tasks:

  • Managing program workflows
  • Managing end-to-end administration of technical learning initiatives including LMS content uploads, learner assignments, certification tracking, and compliance reporting.
  • Handling employee queries, create/ update employee details in ERP
  • Maintaining / tracking/ monitoring Time Management data for employees
  • Deliver other administrative and ad hoc HR activities
  • Coordinate with stakeholders
  • Reporting : Regularly updating on project progress
  • Monitor and meet respective SLAs and KPIs
