Role Overview: For our client, a global Airline, we are looking for dedicated individuals to join as Customer Service Advisors to provide exceptional travel support to corporate clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for those passionate about customer service and looking to develop their skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist corporate clients in planning and booking travel, whether for individual travelers or group arrangements.
  • Guide customers through various travel options, including air, rail, road, and accommodation selections.
  • Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, with training provided by our team.
  • Maintain adherence to clients' travel policies and relevant regulations.
  • Employ effective communication techniques and address special requests from customers.
  • Work closely with team members to foster a collaborative environment, providing coaching and feedback to enhance service quality.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in French or Arabic (B2/C1) and English (B2) is essential.
  • A minimum of 6 months' experience in customer service or a related field is preferred (but not a must have).
  • Strong communication skills across various platforms (Email, Chat, Phone).
  • Commitment to providing outstanding client service and proactively understanding customer needs.
  • High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality of client information.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to receive and act on constructive feedback.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
