Customer Service Associate with French

Purpose

As a Customer Service Associate you will support customers by managing key data entry tasks on a day-to-day basis. By staying organised and focused, you will process essential activities such as order entry, invoicing, customer creation, stock allocations, and credits. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism are essential. You will follow established procedures and guidelines, support your colleagues with a positive and calm attitude, and remain flexible to learn new systems and support different markets. This is an offer for 12 months contract.

• Process orders, return authorisations, and credit note requests accurately and within deadlines using the ERP system.
• Manage customer invoicing processes, ensuring timely and precise turnaround.
• Support reconciliation of consignment stock and follow up as directed.
• Handle basic customer queries via email and CRM systems.
• Prioritise workload and organise your daily tasks to meet team and individual deadlines.
• Raise any workload concerns or changes in priorities to your manager proactively.
• Carry out other administration duties related to the order-to-cash cycle as assigned.

Qualification
Qualification

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or administrative support.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; intermediate Excel skills.
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems, particularly order-to-cash processes.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritise.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Fluency in English and French.
