Opis stanowiska

  • Obsługa zgłoszeń Klientów przekazywanych telefonicznie, drogą e-mailową oraz za pośrednictwem czatu
  • Techniczne wsparcie Klienta na poziomie L1
  • Współpraca z administratorami platform usługowych oraz z działami współpracującymi
  • Monitorowanie usług klienckich
  • Obsługa systemu CRM do zarządzaniu usługami klienckimi
  • Obsługa Panelu Administracyjnego
  • Obsługa procesów rozliczeniowych
  • Aktualizacje artykułów w Bazie Wiedzy

  • Podstawowa znajomość usług sieciowych oraz rozwiązań chmurowych
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego w stopniu komunikatywnym, umożliwiającym obsługę mailową i telefoniczną
