What daily challenges are waiting for you?

  • Managing the monthly payroll for the company. Ensuring payroll is accurate, on time and in compliance with local regulations.
  • Managing payroll related processes: salary review, bonus schemes, benefits system, headcount tracking, personal files and contracting.
  • Experience with salary surveys such as Mercer, Korn Ferry (or others) in order to manage and run the company's salary matrix and salary review processes.
  • Automation of HR processes and applications/systems.
  • Coordination of the Payroll team.
  • Preparing and providing reports and declarations to public institutions (ZUS, GUS, PFRON, Tax Office).
  • Supporting the accounting team with payroll-related data and analysis.
  • Operating payroll system, inputting data into the system, validating and performing calculations.
  • Handling payroll-related audits.
  • Benefits management.
  • Overseeing OHS and GDPR compliance.
  • Preparing statements, reports and analyses in the field of payroll administration for the company.

What you need to be successful in this role?

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in payroll areas as an independent specialist.
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree (Economics, HR, Administration, Law, or Accounting).
  • Strong knowledge of Polish Payroll requirements as well as Labor Law.
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
  • Experience in team coordination.
  • High proficiency with MS Office: Excel (level expert ), Word, Outlook.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Effective time management and ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Vast knowledge of payroll systems and solutions.
  • Self Starter approach.
