Team Leader – P2P Process

Job Description:

Role: Team Leader – P2P Process  

Location: Wroclaw (hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Processing invoices accurately and in compliance with accounting standards
• Handling queries related to invoices and payments
• Assisting in performing month-end closing activities
• Task planning & workload management
• Monitoring, Control, Continuous Improvement
• Assisting with updating process documentation in response to changes in country-specific regulations or requirements
• Collaboration with cross-functional departments
• Lead onboarding for new team members, including training plans and documentation.
• Identify improvement opportunities and report risks before escalation

Requirements

• Good command of English (minimum B2)
• Additional European language will be an asset.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in P2P operations or shared services.
• Solid understanding of P2P processes, especially imaging workflows
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Solution-oriented approach; analytical skills; Comfortable working in a dynamic environment
• Previous experience in the role of the Process Expert, SME or Team Leader
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is strongly preferred.
