Job Description

The Impact You'll Make in this Role: 

As an RTR Senior Team Leader you have the incredible opportunity to to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.  

Here, you will make an impact by: 

  • Providing strategic and day-to-day leadership to the RTR team, ensuring effective execution and alignment with business objectives.
  • Implementing process improvements and promoting best practices to enhance process efficiency and accuracy.
  • Setting clear operational priorities for the team, ensuring optimal use of resources to deliver results on time and with high quality to meet business objectives.
  • Encouraging team members' professional growth through coaching, feedback, and fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.
  • Demonstrating a willingness to be on-call to address critical issues and ensure seamless operations within the team and across RTR processes.

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university in Finance / Management
  • 3-6 years of equivalent work experience in Finance
  • Proven previous 2-years team management experience

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: 

  • US GAAP knowledge.
  • Fluent English.
  • MS Excel – advanced.
  • SAP – advanced.
  • Experience in projects management.

Job specifics: 

  • Location: Wrocław

  • Work Your Way: Hybrid mode – 8 days per month in office

  • Working pattern: Full time
