Payroll Time and Absence Management Coordinator
– osoba, która odegra kluczową rolę w zapewnieniu dokładności procesów płacowych oraz skutecznego zarządzania czasem pracy i nieobecnościami.
Twoje zadania:
- Realizacja transakcji płacowych z zachowaniem terminowości i zgodności z przepisami
- Administrowanie programami urlopowymi – monitorowanie naliczeń, sald i korekt
- Współpraca z zespołami HR i Finansów w zakresie wpływu nieobecności na płace i ich prawidłowe ujęcie księgowe
- Uzgadnianie danych płacowych i urlopowych w celu zapewnienia zgodności z lokalnymi regulacjami i kontrolami SOX
- Wsparcie pracowników w zakresie pytań dotyczących czasu pracy i urlopów
Oczekiwania:
- Wykształcenie wyższe
- 2–4+ lat doświadczenia w operacjach płacowych(mile widziane w międzynarodowych strukturach urlopowych)
- Biegłość w języku angielskim (w mowie i piśmie)
- Znajomość systemów płacowych i HR
- Umiejętność komunikacji i współpracy między zespołami
- Mile widziana znajomość systemu
Costpoint/Deltek - Dodatkowym atutem będzie wiedza z zakresu naliczeń i wpływu księgowego na płace
