30+ online channels -
including our own site, 
Amazon, Cdiscount, Fnac, OnBuy, Tenu
, and more.

We operate in 
six languages (French, Italian, Spanish, German, Polish, and English)

 
About the Role

You'll join our 
B2C Customer Support Team
 to assist and delight customers purchasing our products online.

At the same time, you'll have the opportunity to 
support our marketing and product teams
 by helping create, maintain, and optimise product listings across major marketplaces - especially in 
France
.

This is a perfect role for someone who enjoys both 
customer interaction
 and 
creative e-commerce tasks
, with plenty of room to grow.

 
Key Responsibilities

Customer Support & Operations:

Provide top-notch support across multiple sales channels (Amazon, Cdiscount, etc.)

Communicate with customers and partner teams to resolve inquiries quickly and efficiently

Use AI tools & translation apps to communicate in multiple languages (Perfect English required; other languages are a plus)

Maintain clear and standardised workflows using Asana, Google Drive, Slack, and marketplace dashboards

Marketplace Content & Marketing Support:

Help create and publish new product listings on French marketplaces (Cdiscount, Amazon, etc.)

Maintain and improve existing product content - titles, descriptions, visuals, attributes, SEO keywords

Assist with uploading and updating product content on our website

Collaborate with the marketing team to propose content improvements and ensure brand consistency

 
What We're Looking For:

A 
customer-first mindset
 with strong communication skills

Previous 
experience in customer support
 (required)

Interest or experience in 
furniture, interior design, or DIY
 (a big plus)

Familiarity with 
online marketplaces
 and content creation (Amazon, Cdiscount, etc.)

Tech-savvy and comfortable using 
AI tools
 for translations and content

Good balance of 
operational discipline
 and 
creative initiative

 
What We Offer:

Full-time, remote position

Initial 3-month contract with possibility of extension
