About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery and performance of application support services within a large manufacturing environment. This is a fully on-site role based inside the production plant in Warsaw. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills and a solid background in ITIL-driven service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all IT support services are delivered in line with agreed SLAs and KPIs
  • Oversee Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business and plant stakeholders
  • Drive continuous service improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate activities with technical and functional MES support teams
  • Prepare service performance reports and lead review meetings

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager or Application Support Manager
  • Strong background in ITIL and SLA-based service delivery
  • Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability and willingness to work 100% on-site in Warsaw
  • Fluent Polish and good English language skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with MES / Apriso or production IT systems
  • Experience working in multinational environments
