About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery and performance of application support services within a large manufacturing environment. This is a fully on-site role based inside the production plant in Warsaw. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills and a solid background in ITIL-driven service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all IT support services are delivered in line with agreed SLAs and KPIs
- Oversee Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business and plant stakeholders
- Drive continuous service improvement initiatives
- Coordinate activities with technical and functional MES support teams
- Prepare service performance reports and lead review meetings
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager or Application Support Manager
- Strong background in ITIL and SLA-based service delivery
- Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments (preferred)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability and willingness to work 100% on-site in Warsaw
- Fluent Polish and good English language skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with MES / Apriso or production IT systems
- Experience working in multinational environments
