We are looking for a Leader of one of our Practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Building and leading the organization (with ca. 100 members currently)
  • Managing capacity and capability of the organization, driving training and learning activities
  • Enabling and supporting quality delivery of projects and services
  • Managing business KPIs and organization's budget
  • People management. Supporting personal growth and career development of team members, building motivated, engaged and highly capable team
  • Optimizing processes and assets of organization, to increase team's efficiency and impact
  • Managing projects related to internal transformations
  • Defining and executing organization strategy
  • Personal engagement in presales activities and client delivery

Requirements

  • Strong leaderships skills (min. 6 years in a managerial position)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in working with senior management
  • Very good understanding of the needs and trends on the IT market
  • Passion and experience in AI
  • Readiness to travel between our offices in Poland (Łódź, Warszawa, Poznań, Kraków)
  • Fluent English
  • Extensive hands-on experience in commercial projects in the area IT solutions and services, ideally within one of: Custom Applications Development, Data, AI)
  • Ideally – experience with Finance & Banking sector
