Zakres obowiązków:

  • Organizacja i nadzór pracy zespołu zajmującego się fakturowaniem i windykacją należności.
  • Wystawianie faktur sprzedaży w transakcjach krajowych i międzynarodowych (UE i poza UE).
  • Weryfikacja poprawności danych, stawek VAT oraz klasyfikacji transakcji w systemie ERP.
  • Przygotowywanie dokumentacji celnej, przewozowej i Intrastat.
  • Kontrola należności, prowadzenie windykacji miękkiej i kontakt z klientami.
  • Współpraca z działami: handlowym, logistycznym, księgowości, podatków i prawnym.
  • Udział w kontrolach podatkowych i audytach, raportowanie danych do deklaracji VAT.
  • Monitorowanie zmian w przepisach oraz wdrażanie usprawnień i automatyzacji procesów.

Wymagania:

  • Wykształcenie wyższe kierunkowe (finanse, rachunkowość, ekonomia, podatki).
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie min. B2 – codzienna współpraca międzynarodowa.
  • Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia w podobnej roli, najlepiej w firmie prowadzącej handel międzynarodowy.
  • Dobra znajomość przepisów VAT i celnych.
  • Umiejętność organizacji pracy własnej i zespołu, samodzielność, inicjatywa i dokładność.
  • Mile widziane doświadczenie we wdrożeniach lub pracy z systemem ERP.
