What you will do:

  • This role will manage reconciling and processing notifications related to Voluntary Corporate Action events
  • These activities include revisions of communications and notifications for Voluntary Corporate Action from agent, depository and counter-parties
  • Reviews all Voluntary Corporate Action events received and ensures detailed understanding and processing requirements
  • Liaise with all units and departments on Voluntary Corporate Action events to advise on notifications published
  • Researches and resolves all discrepancies within global event creation standards
  • Reviews and updates all processes and procedures timely and accurately
  • Identifies and reports process gaps/system enhancement
  • Participates in systems' and process changes testing and their successful implementations
  • Escalates issues to management, participates in cross-training activities and other job duties as assigned

What we'll need from you:

  • Fluent English
  • 1-2 years of experience on similar position
  • Corporate actions knowledge/experience would be a great asset
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access- is desired)
  • Proven success as a team player
  • Individuals at this level exhibit basic executional capabilities and are beginning to take on more responsibility
