Obowiązki

  • Tracking and supporting project progress, addressing any issues, and recommending improvements.
  • Engagement in Change Management, ensuring seamless implementation and communication of project updates.
  • Participation in planning and prioritization committees.
  • Building your expertise to act as a supporting expert in business line projects.
  • Ensuring quality of IT system deliveries through testing and coordination.

Wymagania

  • You have experience in the banking industry as a business analyst or project coordinator.
  • You have knowledge of AGILE and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • You are skilled in negotiating and documenting business requirements clearly for both business and IT stakeholders.
  • You are proficient in defining functional solutions and discussing business cases with sponsors.
  • You have experience in project management from a business perspective.
  • You are a strong communicator, able to interact effectively with business, IT, and other stakeholders.
  • You are independent yet a team player, well-organized, and able to prioritize tasks.
  • You are fluent in English and Polish; French is a plus.
  • You have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • You are proficient in MS Office.
