About InBody

InBody is a global leader in body composition analysis, trusted in over 110 countries by hospitals, medical centers, physiotherapy clinics, sports organizations, and fitness professionals.

As InBody Poland is rapidly expanding, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist who will oversee the company's overall marketing strategy, manage multiple communication channels (including social media and website), execute digital campaigns, and build a strong brand presence in the Polish market.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the overall marketing strategy for InBody Poland
  • Manage all promotional channels including social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook), website, and email marketing
  • Plan and run paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Create and localize marketing content in Polish, following the brand guidelines; educational, promotional, and brand-focused
  • Manage the marketing campaigns, and event-related communication
  • Optimize website content and collaborate on SEO/SEM initiatives
  • Track and analyze marketing metrics (traffic, conversion, lead generation, campaign performance)
  • Support sales team with marketing materials, presentations, and local campaigns
  • Coordinate with HQ and EU team for branding, guidelines, and promotional assets
  • Manage external partners (designers, agencies, printing vendors, etc.)
  • Ensure consistent branding and tone of voice across all marketing channels

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in marketing or a similar role
  • Strong Polish content writing and communication skills
  • Experience in managing social media channels and running paid ads
  • Understanding of performance marketing, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business, LinkedIn ads), and campaign tracking
  • Ability to independently plan and execute marketing strategies
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Practical experience with Wordpress (content updates)
  • Communicative level of English for working in an international environment
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model (regular presence in the Warsaw office required)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with content marketing and copywriting is a plus.
  • Experience in the health, fitness, rehabilitation, sports, or med-tech industries
  • Ability to create simple visual or video content (Reels/Shorts)
  • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, Mailchimp, CRM tools, etc.
  • Experience working in a startup or fast-growing international environment
  • Korean language ability is a plus (communication with HQ in Seoul)
