Apply now Learn more: Purchasing Operations AssociatePosition Purpose:The position of PO Associate is contributing to an overall efficient operations of PO department and its high standards. The objective of the role is to provide high quality of services to martkets by: timely processing high volume of incoming tickets and query resolution, keeping high accuracy according to the existing Policies and Procedures.The role also includes supporting basic reporting tasks through data extraction, actively participating in team meetings, and cooperating effectively within the team while following cross-team best practices. What will you do – responsibilities:Operations - Accurately process high volume of transactions within variety of platforms/operational systems in line with existing SOPs and Company Policies and Procedures; meet KPIs and other targetQuery Support - Respond to basic requests in a timely, professional mannerTeam PerformanceOrganize own workload to meet daily targetsCompliance - Awarness and understanding of the procedures and policies including JSOX controlsTeam Engagement -Active participation in team meetings/huddlesAbility to cooperate effectively within the TeamUnderstanding best practices of cross-team cooperationReporting - Data extraction to support basic reporting taskOther - Manage various tasks and activities as they arise and upon manager's requestWho are we looking for – requirements:Ongoing or complete University Degree ( a Plus if in Accounting/Finance)Work experience required Assessment tests > Interviews > Offer.
