In Market EBS Team Coordinator

Department: Sales Operations

Location: Market

Reports to: In Market EBS Team Leader Fleet

Purpose of the Role

The In Market EBS Coordinator will lead a local team responsible for supporting sales operations and ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). The role involves managing customer interactions, overseeing legal and contractual documentation, and coordinating administrative processes for fleet solutions. The coordinator will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and high quality across all internal and external activities.

Key Responsibilities

Team Coordination

  • Lead and mentor a team of In Market EBS Specialists, ensuring performance targets and service levels are met.
  • Coordinate workload distribution and resource planning for daily operations and monthly reporting cycles.
  • Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to develop skills and enhance engagement.
  • Serve as escalation point for complex customer issues and ensure timely resolution.

Contract and Documentation Management

  • Draft, review, and finalise contract details, including commercial and financial components.
  • Coordinate internal and customer signatures via digital tools.
  • Ensure full compliance with local legal requirements and company standards.

Pricing and Proposal Preparation

  • Align on volume and corridor pricing with key stakeholders.
  • Prepare initial technical and commercial proposals for fleet customers.
  • Approve final calculations before system entry.

Fleet Data and System Management

  • Monitor and maintain accurate Fleet Contract Master Data.
  • Oversee Fleet Worksheet data management.
  • Manage billing processes and claims where required.
  • Launch and track reporting and approval workflows.

Performance Analysis and Reporting

  • Prepare and calculate fleet level volume and margin.
  • Consolidate query reporting and ensure proper approval processes.
  • Track KPIs including fleet business performance, accruals, and service provider turnaround times.

Qualifications and Skills

Required:

  • Bachelors degree in business, economics, or similar field.
  • 3 to 5 years experience in customer service, sales administration, or team leadership.
  • Experience with CRM or ticketing tools such as Freshdesk or Salesforce.
  • Ability to lead teams and coordinate cross functional collaboration.
  • Experience with fleet management systems.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of SAP or Fleetbridge.
  • Understanding of EMEA pricing workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills for performance tracking and decision support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 20,000.00zł - 30,000.00zł per month
