Responsibilities:


• Management of production processes and increasing their efficiency


• Maintaining security standards


• Maintaining product quality standards


• Providing effective leadership in line with the company's values


• Organization and optimization of team work


• Supervision over the implementation of the production plan


• Management of production costs and their control, reduction of losses on production materials, personnel costs, general costs


• Managing the continuous improvement process in the production area


• Monitoring the competences of subordinates and ensuring their development


• Identification and resolution of production problems


• Cooperation with all areas in the organization in order to improve production processes


• Cooperation in the implementation of new technologies, new products and new launches

Requirements:


• Higher education - BA / MA


• Min. 5 years of work experience as a Manager / Production Manager, preferred in the automotive industry


• Nice to have experience in PCBA  production in SMT technology 


• Very good knowledge of the MS Office package


• Very good knowledge of English


• Knowledge of production management methods based on Lean Management, SAP preferred


• Ability to manage a large team


• Ability to work under time pressure and set priorities


• Goal-oriented and able to analyze data and problems


• Driving license. B
