About The Role
We're looking for a dynamic and driven Outbound Team Lead to oversee outbound operations across multiple external warehouse locations in Europe. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on team performance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

You'll be responsible for managing a team of logistics professionals, ensuring outbound processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with our KPIs. You'll play a key role in developing your team, solving operational challenges, and making improvements across our European footprint.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team handling outbound operations across external European warehouse locations.
• Plan and coordinate daily activities to ensure timely and accurate execution
• Support team members with task execution and provide guidance during unexpected incidents or escalations.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
• Create and implement development plans for team members, fostering growth and engagement.
• Identify process inefficiencies and lead improvement initiatives to enhance performance and service quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Customer Service, Transport, Warehousing) to resolve issues and optimize workflows
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Support multi-organizational projects where outbound operations are involved, ensuring your team contributes effectively and aligns with broader business goals

Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations — ideally in a multi-site or international context.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
