As a
Service Coordinator
, you will ensure smooth operation of daily IT processes, coordinate change and service requests, and support effective utilization of internal technical resources. You will also be responsible for initiating and coordinating
HealthCheck process changes
across various platforms.

Shifts:
Flexible EMEA schedule, 8h between 06:00–18:00, no overtime

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for internal IT teams for all service request types
  • Coordinate IT support groups and assist in scheduling, duty planning, and team workload balancing
  • Register and document service requests received through various channels
  • Monitor schedules to ensure timely updates and accurate time entry
  • Communicate proactively with technical teams regarding progress and changes
  • Keep stakeholders informed about incident status, planned outages, and service modifications
  • Open and coordinate
    HealthCheck process changes
    across multiple technical platforms
  • Improve utilization and productivity of IT support resources
  • Escalate cases that cannot be handled within agreed SLAs
  • Prepare regular performance and resource utilization reports for management

Requirements

  • Ideally
    2+ years of experience in IT operations / service coordination
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
  • English: required
    (daily communication)
  • ITIL certification
    is a strong advantage
  • Experience with
    HealthCheck process
    is an advantage
  • Proven punctuality, accuracy, and sense of ownership for assigned tasks
  • Strong customer service orientation and collaborative approach
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with IT support tools and IT service management processes
