Jakie będą Twoje zadania?
  • Codzienne zarządzanie i monitorowanie działań zespołu Service Desk
  • Planowanie oraz zarządzanie codziennymi obowiązkami i zadaniami zespołu 
  • Praca w systemie ticketowym ServiceNow
  • Zapewnienie sprawnego funkcjonowania procesów Service Desk dla dedykowanego klienta
  • Współpraca z klientem zagranicznym 
  • Zapewnienie ścisłej współpracy z innymi zespołami
  • Dbanie o odpowiednią motywację i zaangażowanie członków zespołu
  • Monitorowanie wyników ilościowych i jakościowych oraz przekazywanie pracownikom informacji zwrotnej
  • Generowanie i analiza niezbędnych raportów
  • Stworzenie stymulującego środowiska zespołowego, opartego na wzajemnej komunikacji

Jakie są nasze oczekiwania?
  • Doświadczenie na stanowisku Team Leadera, Koordynatora zespołu, Supervisora lub analogiczne (min. 1 rok)
  • Doświadczenie w środowisku związanym z Obsługą Klienta, Service Desk lub Help Desk
  • Mile widziane doświadczenie w międzynarodowej organizacji (np. SSC/BPO)
  • Zdolność do podejmowania kluczowych decyzji, niezbędnych do sprawnego działania zespołu
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego
  • Mile widziana znajomość języka niemieckiego
  • Orientacja na zapewnienie wysokiej jakości standardów obsługi klienta
  • Umiejętność w budowaniu relacji z zespołem oraz w skutecznym komunikowaniu się z innymi 
  • Mile widziana znajomość metryk wydajnościowych (performance metrics)
