Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiedzialna za:
- Monitorowanie i odpowiadanie na przychodzące zapytania oraz wspieranie użytkowników końcowych w ich działaniach (help desk),
- Zapewnienie zgodności danych i raportowanie niespójności,
- Przestrzeganie standardowych procedur operacyjnych (SOP) w celu pomyślnego wykonania zadań,
- Dbanie o aktualność dokumentów i ich obieg,
- Kontakt z interesariuszami,
- Przeprowadzanie testów usterek i nowych funkcjonalności systemu,
- Wsparcie w przygotowywaniu raportów i metryk,
- Wsparcie technicznego rozwoju metryk i dashboardów.
Szukamy osoby, która:
- posiada znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie B2+/C1 umożliwiająca skuteczną komunikację, zarówno w mowie, jak i piśmie,
- posiada co najmniej podstawową wiedzę z zakresu zarządzania zakupami/ryzykiem dostawców,
- ze znajomością Excela na poziomie średnio-zaawansowanym (funkcje i tabele przestawne)
- potrafi pracować na systemach i programach,
- dba o szczegóły oraz jest dokładna,
- potrafi pracować samodzielnie,
- jest wielozadaniowa i trzyma się wyznaczonych terminów,
- jest po studiach wyższych.
