Czym będziesz się zajmował:
  • Realizacja zadań administracyjnych
  • Zarządzanie sprawami kontraktorów - dokumenty, umowy, przedłużenia itd
  • Zarządzanie kontraktorami pod względem dostępnych projektów
  • Zarządzanie onboardingami oraz offboardingami kontraktorów (sprzęt IT, karty wstępu)
  • Kontakt z dostawcami (wyjaśnianie nieprawidłowości, dostęp do informacji w celu wdrożenia itp.)
  • Organizowanie odpowiednich szkoleń dla kontraktorów
  • Archiwizacja dokumentów, tworzenie zleceń finansowych
  • Proaktywne podejście do planowanych i wdrażanych zmian w procesach sourcingowych.
  • Współpraca z Dostawcami w imieniu menadżerów w indywidualnych sprawach dotyczących poszczególnych Kontrahentów.
  • Inne zadania zgłaszane przez TM/STM lub DM, zarządzający usługą.

  • Wykształcenie wyższe
  • + 2 lata doświadczenia jako Resource Management Support
  • Język angielski oraz polski na bardzo dobrym poziomie w mowie i piśmie
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość obsługi komputera (MS Office, Google Tools, EXCEL –np. tabele przestawne) oraz urządzeń biurowych (skaner, faks, drukarka)
  • Umiejętność pracy w zespole, komunikatywność
