Twoje zadania:

  • Odpowiedzialność za procesy zakupowe usług (HR, marketing, IT, podróże, usługi profesjonalne) dla wszystkich jednostek firmy, zlokalizowanych w Belgii
  • Działania operacyjne w zakresie zakupów indirect (m.in. przegląd wniosków o zakup, wydawanie zamówień, śledzenie otwartych zamówień, rozwiązywanie wszelkich problemów z fakturami bezpośrednio związanymi z zamówieniem, tworzenie raportów, etc.)
  • Budowanie i utrzymywanie relacji z dostawcami
  • Szukanie oszczędności, zarówno w krótko- jak też długofalowej perspektywie czasowej
  • Opracowywanie wraz z biznesem strategii, mającej zapewnić firmie przewagę konkurencyjną w zakresie technologii lub kosztów
  • Współpraca z interesariuszami (Klientami wewnętrznymi, zespołami cross-funkcjonalnymi, dostawcami usług)
  • Przygotowywanie i prowadzenie przetargów
  • Finalizacja i zarządzanie umowami oraz dostawcami usług (w tym prowadzenie negocjacji, poszukiwanie nowych możliwości)
  • Współpraca z globalnymi menedżerami kategorii przy lokalnej realizacji globalnych inicjatyw

Czego oczekujemy:

  • Wykształcenie wyższe
  • Min. 3-letnie doświadczenie w obszarze zakupów
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego i holenderskiego w mowie i piśmie. Znajomość języka francuskiego będzie dodatkowym atutem
  • Mile widziana znajomość narzędzia Coupa Source-to-Pay
