About Our Client
We are actively seeking a visionary Managing Director to join our client's Leadership Team, bringing an innovative perspective to drive strategic initiatives across the Central and Eastern European (CEE) region. This pivotal role will focus on optimizing service delivery and revolutionizing our client's approach. The primary emphasis will be on elevating customer satisfaction by ensuring seamless operations and delivering exceptional experiences. Additionally, this role will play a critical part in inspiring and leading the sales team toward unparalleled success, particularly within the B2B client sphere.
Job Description
Taking full charge of earnings and expenditures, embracing entrepreneurial mindset and actionsVast involvement in restructuring and handling transformational proceduresUnparalleled dedication to clients, prioritizing their needs and contentmentProficiency in steering business growth profitably, leveraging existing ventures and pioneering innovationsExecution of organizational transformation and account reorganizationComplete oversight of the region's financial performance, encompassing P&L responsibilitiesFocused attention on B2B client relationships and business development initiativesNurturing a service-oriented culture and operational finesse, emphasizing consistent delivery of top-notch, customer-focused solutionsCollaborating extensively with high-ranking executives to foster initiatives crossing departmental lines, ensuring smooth communication and harmonySpearheading, nurturing, and motivating a diverse team of sales, customer service, operational, and support professionals, cultivating a contemporary, collaborative, and growth-driven work atmosphereSpotting potential threats and instituting measures to counter risks, assuring uninterrupted operations and compliance with industry standards
The Successful Applicant
Possessing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and MBA as nice to haveBackground in managing cluster and regional operations with significant accountability for process oversight and enhancementStrong track record in steering General Management functions, particularly within service-centric domainsExtensive experience adeptly overseeing Sales & Marketing initiativesProficient in fostering Continuous Improvement and Kaizen methodologies to drive optimization and ongoing procedural enhancementsProfound ability in strategic ideation, transforming visions into actionable plansExceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills motivating and galvanizing teamsExperience in managing large teams of FTEs in an international environmentProven expertise in spearheading complex projects and managing multifaceted teamsSolid grasp of financial principles and adeptness in budgetary administrationResults-oriented mindset, constantly striving for quantifiable achievementsProficiency in utilizing relevant software and tools for operational managementFluent proficiency in the English language, highly appreciate Polish language / Hungarian language
