The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, particularly in real estate project finance as well as experience in managing SPVs and overseeing large-scale projects.

    Job Description

  • Lead and manage team responsible for the financial oversight of real estate projects
Manage SPVs set up for individual real estate projects, ensuring proper financial structuring and legal complianceCollaborate closely with banks and financial institutions to secure project financing, negotiate terms and manage loan agreementsPrepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and analyses to support decision-making, monitor cash flow, and assess project profitabilityOversee the preparation and management of project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals and timelinesIdentify financial risks and opportunities within projects, providing solutions to mitigate risks and maximize returnsEnsure all financial activities are compliant with relevant regulations, industry standards and internal policies

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience in project finance within the real estate sectorStrong knowledge of SPV structures, financial modeling and budgetingHands-on experience working with banks and financial institutions to secure and manage project financingMaster's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related fieldDemonstrated ability to manage and lead a finance team effectivelyStrong financial analysis and modeling skillsFamiliarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards in the real estate finance industry
