Processing payments and issuing refunds. Resolving billing issues and customer credit concerns. Updating account status records and documenting collection efforts. Reporting on collection activities and the status of accounts receivable. The Successful Applicant Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Collection Specialist or in a similar role. Bachelor's Degree is required. Fluency in both German and English language. Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques. Familiarity with debt collection laws.
