🌟 Customer Service Specialist with Spanish and English🌟
Location: Warsaw
Your daily tasks:✅ Providing the highest level of customer service (Chat/E-mail/Phone);
✅ Answering incoming calls and meeting targets set by the Client and management;
✅ Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality;
✅ Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner;
✅ Achieving quality goals for calls and customer satisfaction.
What do we expect from you?🌍 Language: Proficiency in Spanish (C1) and English (C1);
💼 Experience: Customer Service experience is mandatory, cool if you have experience in sales;
💻 Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills;
🌞 Personality: Motivated and enthusiastic;
