Customer Care with Polish and Spanish

We are the only company in the market where a temporary employee is the Client around whom we build our services.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Comprehensive handling of inquiries from Spanish-speaking employees in accordance with applicable standards.
- Multichannel employee support - telephone contact (incoming and outgoing calls), chat messages, and emails.
- Identifying customer needs and planning and implementing actions aimed at building positive experiences.
- Ensuring the proper flow of information between individuals involved in projects.
- Recommendation of solutions to improve service quality, suggest changes, and propose internal enhancements based on gathered information.
- Analyzing customer feedback and reporting results.
OUR EXPECTATIONS:
- Experience in Customer Service as a Customer Service Specialist or in a similar role is welcome.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office.
- Familiarity with software used in customer service is desirable.
- Empathy, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a customer-oriented approach.
- Independence and responsibility for assigned tasks.
- Advanced proficiency in Spanish and Polish used in daily work with clients.
- Knowledge of English is desirable.
