About this opportunity

Welcome to the Pensions & Savings DK team. We add value by our passion and collaboration with each other. As Process Officer you’ll play a valuable role in every aspect related to our customers.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Opening and closing customer's accounts
  • Investing customer's savings
  • Transfering cash
  • Solving issues
  • Enjoying work-life with great teammates


You’ll join a an experienced and very helpful team. The role is based in Łódź.

Your experience and background: 

  • English on communicative level
  • Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Experience in working with customer services is an additional advantage
