We are seeking a Regional Medical Advisors Manager to join our team in Novo Nordisk Poland CMR Medical Affairs. Position Overview
As our Regional Medical Advisors Manager, you will ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical guidelines and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align strategies.
Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supervise and provide leadership to a team of Regional Medical Advisors (RMAs).
  • Clearly set and execute goals for the RMAs team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (medical-commercial) to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare providers.
  • Stay updated on scientific and clinical developments in the therapeutic area.
  • Establish and implement development plans for the RMA team.

On a personal level, you must possess excellent leadership skills, be a good communicator to reinforce goals, and act with an understanding of business needs.

Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have:

  • An advanced degree in life sciences (PharmD, MD, PhD) or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a Lead of Medical Science Liaison role or a similar position.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a people manager.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in English and Polish languages.
