Business Development Representative

What will you be doing?

As a Business Development Representative at Semantive you will be responsible for:

Participating in building sales strategies, with the main focus on the outbound channel. Conducting thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitive analysis, and potential opportunities. Generating ideas for outreach campaigns based on the learnings. Executing cold calling campaigns to initiate contact with prospective clients and qualify leads. Generating leads through various channels such as online research, networking, and referrals. Conducting email outreach campaigns to engage potential clients and nurture leads. Utilizing LinkedIn and other social media platforms to expand our network and reach potential clients. Collaborating with the Growth Team to develop strategies for lead conversion and client acquisition. Tracking and analyzing key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of lead generation activities. Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services and expand our reach.

You must have:

We are seeking candidates who possess:

A minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in an IT outsourcing company (experience in acquiring clients within the energy sector would be an asset). Proven expertise in cold calling and a strong willingness to engage in this method of client acquisition. Fluent English language skills, with a minimum proficiency level of C1 expected. Proficiency in German is considered advantageous. Proficient command of the Polish language or the capability to establish and operate a business in Poland. Nice to have: Proficiency in utilizing sales tools, particularly CRM systems such as HubSpot.
